The Process

Four Steps from
Enquiry to Experience

No complicated booking systems, no hidden steps. A straightforward process designed to put you at ease from the very first contact.

1
You choose your circuit
Browse the 18 thematic circuits — or describe what interests you and we will suggest the most appropriate itinerary. No commitment required at this stage.
2
We confirm the details
Date, pick-up address, time and any specific requests. Everything is confirmed by message — WhatsApp, email or phone, whichever is easiest for you.
3
Your chauffeur picks you up
Didier arrives at your hotel or address at the agreed time in the Hyundai Ioniq 5. The circuit guide for your day is waiting on your seat.
4
You return at your own pace
The vehicle is yours for the full duration. Stops can be extended, shortened or adjusted as the day unfolds. No meter running — the rate is fixed from departure to return.
Why Book With Confidence

Transparent, Flexible
& Genuinely Personal

Chauffeur Paris Évasion is a one-person operation — which means that the person who answers your message, drives your tour and explains the history of every stop is the same person. No intermediaries, no subcontractors, no surprises.

Every rate is fixed and all-inclusive. Every itinerary is adjustable. Every tour is conducted in English or French — or both — at the pace you prefer.

💶

Fixed, all-inclusive rates

One rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, all motorway tolls and all parking. No meter running. No end-of-day surprises. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay.

🗓️

Flexible by design

Every circuit is a suggested itinerary, not a fixed schedule. If you want to spend longer at one stop, skip another entirely or take a detour that interests you — the day adjusts to you, not the other way around.

🗣️

Bilingual expertise

Didier is fully bilingual in French and English, with deep knowledge of Paris history, architecture, art and the French wine regions. The commentary is tailored to your level of interest — from introductory to specialist.

👤

Entirely private

Your group — up to 4 passengers — has the vehicle exclusively for the full duration of the tour. No shared circuits, no other guests, no compromise on timing or attention.

The Vehicle

A Premium Electric
Hyundai Ioniq 5

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 Executive is one of the most refined electric vehicles available — a spacious, silent and technologically sophisticated car whose zero-emission drivetrain makes it the natural choice for a tour of a city as beautiful as Paris.

The absence of engine noise means that conversations flow naturally, commentary is heard clearly and the experience of moving through the city has a quality of calm attention that a conventional vehicle cannot provide.

Questions & Answers

Everything You
Need to Know

If your question is not answered here, send a message — a response typically arrives within a few hours.

Ask a Question
How far in advance should I book? +
As soon as you know your dates — particularly for weekends and during the peak season (April to October). Weekday availability is generally good with 24–48 hours' notice. For wine country day trips, at least one week in advance is recommended, as cellar visits and domaine appointments may need to be arranged.
Can I customise the circuit or combine stops from different itineraries? +
Absolutely. The 18 circuits are curated suggestions, not fixed schedules. If you want to combine stops from different circuits, focus on specific themes or periods, or simply explore a neighbourhood at a slower pace, we discuss the options at booking and build the day around your interests.
What happens if it rains? +
Most of the circuits include a combination of outdoor and indoor stops, and many of the most interesting spaces in Paris — covered passages, museums, churches, cellar visits — are entirely rain-proof. We adjust the sequence of stops if needed to make the most of the weather. The tour is never cancelled for rain.
Is the vehicle suitable for passengers with reduced mobility? +
The Hyundai Ioniq 5 has a relatively low entry height and spacious doors, making it comfortable for most passengers. Please mention any specific mobility requirements at booking so that we can adapt the circuit itinerary to avoid stops with significant access challenges.
Can you arrange cellar visits and restaurant reservations for the wine day trips? +
Yes — for Champagne, Burgundy and Loire day trips, Didier can advise on and help arrange cellar visits, domaine appointments and restaurant reservations based on your interests and budget. Please mention this at booking so that the arrangements can be made in advance. Entry fees and meal costs are paid directly by you on the day.
How is payment made? +
Payment is made on the day of the tour, at the end, by cash or bank transfer. No deposit is required at booking for Paris circuits. For wine country day trips, a 30% deposit may be requested to cover advance bookings made on your behalf. Full details are confirmed at booking.
What is the cancellation policy? +
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the tour. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial fee to cover any advance bookings made on your behalf. Full terms are provided at booking confirmation.
