A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is settled on the day of the tour, before departure.

The deposit is retained as flat-rate compensation for the reserved time slot.
Illness, accident, severe weather or transport strike with supporting document: full refund or free rescheduling at your choice.
Failure to appear without prior notice — deposit retained and full balance remains due.
In the unlikely event we must cancel — full refund of the deposit within 5 business days.
